About Us

With decades of combined experience in nearly all aspects of the real estate industry, the major goal of Heart River Properties is to help both tenants and investment property owners alike achieve every one of their goals and more. We’re a rapidly expanding company that is always taking on additional properties to give investment property owners some much needed relief from the day-to-day struggles of property management, and also to help improve our communities one rental improvement project at a time providing the highest quality places to live. We understand that without our customers we wouldn’t have a business and your success is ours, too. With that in mind, we strive each and every day to continually improve not only ourselves, but the experiences that clients just like you are having in the industry that we know and love so much: real estate.
